René C. Davidson Courthouse is located at 1225 Fallon Street in Oakland. Building hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The courthouse serves Departments 1–13, 1A, 1B, and 1C, including appeals, civil, criminal, and mental health matters.

The Volunteer Information Desk is open in person Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Executive Office and Human Resources Office are available in person and by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
